Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Absolutely. Every cake is custom-designed to suit your style and occasion. You’re welcome to share inspiration photos, colour palettes, or themes.

Yes. Tastings are available by arrangement for wedding and special event cakes. This allows you to explore flavours and discuss your design in detail.

A variety of classic and speciality flavours are available. Flavour options will be shared during the consultation or upon request.

Please let me know if you have any dietary needs (egg-free, nut-free, etc.). While I do my best to accommodate requests, my kitchen is not allergen-free.

Delivery options depend on location and cake size. Collection is available from my kitchen. Delivery fees are quoted separately.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the event date may require full payment, depending on work already completed.

Storage instructions will be provided with your cake. Cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight or heat.

I try to help where possible, but availability depends on my schedule. Last-minute orders are not guaranteed.
